Personality: A bit on the naive side, very bubbly and happy
Backstory: Winter was discovered in the aftermath of a raid on one of Dr. Aeon's labs by members of Longbow sent to oversee the collection of evidence. She was huddled behind some equipment during the fighting, unsure of exactly what to do. In the days that followed, Longbow agent Lucas Trujillo discovered that Winter was the result of a genetic experimentation project that Dr. Aeon eventually declared a failure. Of the two results of the experiment, Winter was the weaker, so he dubbed her Wintry Dross and set her with the task of keeping the lab clean and acting as lab assistant when he needed an extra pair of hands.
In spite of what he considered her weaker powers, the girl herself was a sponge, becoming incredibly knowledgable about a great deal of the scientific research being done in the lab she called home. Trujillo decided to adopt her and took her home where he and his wife had their hands full trying to teach Winter the social skills she would need to be equipped with to join the hero community. They found a young hero-in-training to pair her with in the field, and the two became fast friends.
Now, Winter has developed into a full-fledged hero, working alongside her partner and fiancee Ion-Stream.
